1. Purpose of Agreement

The Platform provides a digital marketplace and ecosystem for authors to publish, manage, and distribute their works. In the course of enrollment and platform use, both parties may have access to proprietary, non-public information. This Agreement ensures the protection of such information.

2. 100% Author Ownership of Intellectual Property (IP)

Retention of Rights: Authors/Creators retain 100% ownership and Intellectual Property Rights in and to any manuscripts, books, drafts, cover designs, and creative content you upload or submit to the Platform.

Scope of Platform Authority: Axon claims no ownership over authors' work. Axon's role is strictly limited to manufacturing, printing, marketing, and shipping physical or digital books solely as explicitly instructed and authorized by the creator through the platform interface.

No Unauthorized Use: Axon will never print, distribute, or expose authors' IP to third parties outside of the exact fulfillment instructions you configure on your author dashboard.

3. Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" refers to any proprietary information disclosed by one party to the other, whether orally, visually, or in writing, including but not limited to:

• Platform Information: Proprietary software, source code, dashboard mechanics, unreleased platform features, internal analytics, distribution metrics, pricing models, and marketing strategies.
• Author Information: Manuscript drafts, unsubmitted content, personal identification data, and proprietary book concepts shared during enrollment or support.
